Acceptance

By using Hiro Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the store. You are responsible for providing accurate account and player details and for keeping your password confidential.

Orders and payments

Prices and availability may change. Payments are processed by Paystack. An order is accepted for fulfillment after payment is successfully verified. Hiro Store does not receive or store your full card details.

Digital products and delivery

Digital top-ups are delivered to the player and server information submitted by the customer. Review those details carefully before paying. Delivery timing can depend on supplier and game-system availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store for fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to interfere with the website, payment process, or fulfillment systems.
Do not use another person’s account without permission.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Hiro Store is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, third-party game outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the store changes. We may suspend accounts or orders connected to fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
