Digital delivery
Hiro Store sells digital game top-ups. Orders are normally processed after successful payment and are intended to be delivered to the player details submitted at checkout.
Refunds
A refund may be considered when payment succeeded but the purchased digital item was not delivered. Contact us at goodluckchila2007@gmail.com and include your order reference, payment reference, email address, and the player details used at checkout.
When a refund may not apply
- The item was successfully delivered to the player or server details supplied by the customer.
- The customer supplied incorrect or incomplete player information.
- The request is based only on a change of mind after successful delivery.
- The payment cannot be verified as successful.
Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Because digital orders may be processed immediately, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
